Lee-Ann White works as a Clinical Learning Facilitator within CNPDI. In this role, she facilitates student learning, identifies learning opportunities within the paediatric clinical setting and facilitates a weekly student journal club for students registered for the Postgraduate Diploma in Child Nursing. ​​ Lee-Ann is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) Honours degree from the University of Cape Town. She further specialised with a Post Basic Diploma in Child Nursing Science from Nico Malan Nursing College, Cape Town. Previously, Lee-Ann worked as the Area Manager of the Medical Emergency Unit and Outpatient Department at Red Cross Children’s Hospital and as a ward sister in general medical and specialised surgical paediatric wards at this hospital, over a period of ten years. She also worked for a year in Adult Nursing at Victoria Hospital, Cape Town.
